Delete Object

Using Delete Object function on IMiS Menu, user could delete a link in IMiS Table of selected object while file itself is still stored on storage server (file server, LN:DI MSS server or IMiS/ARC server).

Delete object also does Copy object function in the background, so user can still paste object link back to the document, if the action was taken by mistake. Second level of pop-up menu contains list of all objects in IMiS table.

Administrator could prevent this operation with appropriate Restrictions settings (see Restrictions Settings for more details).
