Scan category

Scan category of the Preferences dialog contains some useful settings for IMiS/Scan.

In the Scan options group box you can:

set scanning to start automatically after the new document window is created
enable Save & Close button in Scan status dialog
show Scan status dialog while scanning from flatbed

In the Insert mode group box select default insert mode (see Menu and toolbars/Page menu):

Insert scanned page after previous one.
Overwrite previous page with new one.

In the Image processing group box press Configure button to set up IP filters used while scanning new images (see Image processing filters for more details).

In case you would like remove currently selected scanner press Remove button in the Scanner group box.

Note: Image processing groupbox is only available with IMiS/Scan++ editions.
