Case:

IMiS/Client 9.5.1510 is the client release for accessing IMiS/ARChive v9.5 server. This version introduces IMiS/Archive configuration through authenticated IMiS/Client SOAP sessions, retention policies and disposition holds on entities and support for review processes. Trial version is available for testing purposes at info@imis.si.

What's new:
* Configuration of IMiS/ARChive:
- Access control: used to define rights for accessing entities and attributes for users and groups in the context of global root class and other system classes
- Attributes: used to create or edit attributes used by templates
- Audit log: used to configure which parameters are required and what events are logged in audit log
- Codelists: used to define codelists with their value ranges
- Counters: used to define counters, which are used for generating values of the selected attributes.
- Directory: used to create or edit directory entities (users or groups) and define their roles and membership
- Retention: used to define retention policies and disposition holds
- Storage: used to define and monitor storage profiles and volumes
- Templates: used to create or edit templates used when creating an entity.
* Retention policies and disposition holds support:
- Retention tab on selected entity for selecting policies and disposition holds.
* Review processes support:
- Administration\Review folder for creating and editing reviews
- Administration\Trash\Disposed folder for disposed entities sorted by review.
* New permissions:
- Change status
- Change retention.
* Other changes:
- permanent and closed entities with overlay icons
- Administration\Delete queue folder moved to Administration\Trash\Queue
- Administration\Trash folder moved to Administration\Trash\Deleted
- Administration\Transfer folder removed (transfer is now part of review process)
- user can manually set classification code for new entity. Attribute "Child classification code generation" on parent entity must be set on "Manual".
- attribute value is selected from a set of predefine values visible in combo box.
- Status, Security class and Significance are inherited attributes of entity. Their value is inherited from entity's parent.
- security rights can be inherited from entity's parent.
- security rights can be set on entity or on individual attribute of this entity.
- improved visual performance when browsing through archive entities in Windows Explorer tree view.
- Windows Explorer command bar reflects currently selected entity.
- the result of search action is added as a tree node in Explorer's tree view.
- report dialog box is shown after transfer, import or export action is finished.
- IMiS/Archive Server excepts case-insensitive search requests.
- Windows Explorer commands are disabled when currently selected entity is closed.
- actions which are not allowed on closed entity are disabled. (e.g.: Edit, Delete, Set security class,...).
- activity log is not retrieved from server until user demand it.
- imported e-mail is correctly recognized as signed e-mail.
- all date fields have same user interface. Date value can be deleted.
- list view and tree view in Explorer are correctly refreshed after delete action.
- closed entity can be reclassified (moved).
- printing entity's custom metadata is optional.

Bugfixes:
* Listview refresh issues after archive login fixed.
* Explorer toolbar refresh issues fixes.
* Descending sorting of search results fixed.
* Error while moving entity listed in the search result.
* Error while adding email under the root class.
* Error while importing entity under the root class.
* Error while exporting entity.
* Error while adding content being logged into two different archives with the same user.
* Log into archive error after not using client for a larger amount of time.
* Physical entity metadata entry problems.
* Date and time issues fixes.
