Description:

What's new:
* Scanner selection can be undone by using the "Remove scanner" action through preferences.
* New flags included in IMiSBatchStart C-API call:
Existing flags:
DOBATCH_MANUAL = 0 { Manual scan }
DOBATCH_AUTO = 1 { Start automatic scan }
New flags:
DOBATCH_AUTO_SAVE = 2 { Save current profile when scanning has finished (e.g. there are no documents left in the ADF) }
DOBATCH_NO_UI = 4 { No application windows are shown }
DOBATCH_SILENT = 8 { No prompts for user interaction }
* Scanner driver is not implicitly loaded when profile document source is File System.
* Option to ignore consecutive same valued barcodes for document separation.

Bug fixes:
* Scanner settings are now properly refreshed when new scanner driver is selected.
