Job OCR Settings

OCR Settings section in Job Editor is used to set OCR parameters for a particular job. Administrator can set a job specific OCR language and other settings for current job or can leave inherited OCR setting in Preferences to be used with the job.

Inherit default OCR language: this option tells IMiS/OCR Server to use default language setting in the Preferences dialog for this job. When this option is checked Language settings is in a disabled state (default: Checked)

Inherit default OCR parameters: this option tells IMiS/OCR Server to use default OCR settings in the Preferences dialog for this job. When this option is set all OCR related settings except for language setting is disabled (default: Checked)
