Starting IMiS/OCR Server operations
Administrator can start IMiS/OCR Server operations through the Action/Start menu item. When started all active jobs (see Enabled option in Job Editor dialog) will then check and process all new OCR requests. If there are no active jobs when Start command is used, the server will stop with an error message. If there are no requests for IMiS/OCR Server to process the server will enter an idle state. After the check interval (see Check and process interval option in Preferences dialog) the server will recheck active jobs for new OCR requests. This will occur periodically after every check interval.
The server can also be started automatically when launched. To configure the server to start its operations automatically check option Start automatically in Preferences dialog.
