Additional preferences

Additional Preferences section allows IMiS/OCR Server administrator to set up preferences about denied mails, append messages and predefined email address.

Denied reply: this option defines whether or not the sender should receive the notification that his request is denied. IMiS/OCR Server can send 'DENIED' message to the sender if the access is denied. This option applies to the users that are sending requests from email addresses or domains listed in the deny list of a Allow/Deny dialog (default: Unchecked)

Append message: this option allows administration to set a custom predefined message to be appended to the end of the resulting email that is send to the user after IMiS/OCR Server has processed a request. When enabled you should also set the filename of the source message. A sample is included in the installation (default: Unchecked)

Predefined email: this option tells IMiS/OCR Server to route OCR results to a specified email address where additional processing can be done (e.g.: billing, audit, journaling, security, etc...) rather than returning it to the sender which is done by default (default: Unchecked)
