Domino/Notes database settings

- Use Set database button to select location of target Domino database and form that will be used when creating target document. See for more details on setting field pairs between recognized field and Domino form fields.
- Use Set profile doc button to save same settings to target Notes database. ICR client settings profile document is created. See IMiS/ICR Client settings for more details.
- Sometimes Domino/Notes documents are already created in target database. In this case use Update docs checkmark and select one of recognized form fields as key for document to be found in selected view. If document is not found than new document with recognized data is created.
- Original scanned forms can be archived using one of IMiS storage options. See Setting Storage Type for more details on IMiS storage options. Use Save original images in Notes document if you want to retain scanned forms. Then select IMiS Administration database which contains storage servers info. Storage servers info is retrieved from selected IMiS Administration database and you are able to select appropriate one.
- Object description will be used in IMiS_DSC field as object description in Notes document.
Setting field pairs
Use Field Pairs button to set pairs between recognized fields and Notes/Domino fields.
List of fields from form template is created automatically as well as list of Notes fields from selected Notes form. Every Notes form field can be used only once. Recognized field value will be exported to specified notes field.
