Notes Mailbox job

Notes Mailbox job periodically checks a specified Notes mailbox database for new documents with image attachments. IMiS/OCR Server monitors its mailbox file (folder Inbox) for new OCR requests. Request must consist of a subject stating: IMiS OCR Server request or OCR Server Request. Mailbox must have standard mailbox design (StdRXMail where X is any version of Lotus Notes Client Version). When new request is found in folder Inbox, its checked for Subject validity and if invalid gets discarded. If its valid, sender is validated against permission lists, if allowed its attachments get processed and results sent back to the sender. Attachments should be attached to the Body field.

Job name: specifies the name of the job that is being used in both screen and file logs. Job name cannot be edited once job is saved.

Job type: specifies the selected job type, in this case Notes Mailbox. Job type cannot be changed once job is saved.

Report statistics/error messages: check this option to include recognition statistics block in the return mail where all parameters of OCR process are shown. If unchecked, this block is omitted (default: Unchecked)

Enabled: check this option to enable/disable current job. It tells IMiS/OCR Server whether or not it will check for new requests in a specified mailbox (default: Unchecked)
