Case: This release includes some improvements of the IMiS/Storage Connector cached dictionaries and provides some bugfixes. Trial version is available for testing purposes at info@imis.si.

* fix: IAUserContext constructor now set IAUserContext.ArchiveId property from options parameter
* fix: ReadOnlyProperty.GetValues(IFormatProvider) method for properties of type PropertyType.IStringMaxValue
* fix: Property.SetValues(IList<string>, IFormatProvider) method for properties of type PropertyType.Int8
* fix: Template.EvaluatePickListValues() method while converting string value for PropertyType.Int16
* fix: Review.Comments property using non-generic Property.GetValue() and SetValue() methods (string type not compatible with IStringMaxValue)
