This release provides a way to get to the system attributes metadata, access the effective rights on atributes in read-only state and clear inherited attribute values. It represents the last version that targets IMiS/ARChive 9.8. Trial version is available for testing purposes at info@imis.si.

* change: IEntity.Status property allows clear to inherited value with null parameter
* change: IEntity.SecurityClass property can not clear value to explicit null with "" parameter
* change: IEntity.Significance property clears only explicit values with null parameter
* change: IEntityACLEntry.EffectiveRights property returns null for ACL entry bound to new unsaved entity
* new: IEntity.GetSystemProperty method
* new: IEntityStub.GetSystemProperty method
* new: IReview.GetSystemProperty method
* new: IReviewStub.GetSystemProperty method
* new: ITemplate.GetSystemProperty method
* change: IProperty.EffectiveRights property moved to IReadOnlyProperty
* new: IReadOnlyProperty.EffectiveRights property
