Scanner selection

Scanner selection is only available in IMiS/Scan versions. Before you can start using the scanner, you have to install an appropriate scanner driver. After the launch of IMiS/Scan (or simply open IMiS enabled Notes database), right mouse click on the IMiS icon (

) located in system tray. From the popup menu select the Select Scanner... command to get the Scanner Selection dialog. Note that the Select scanner... command is also available from the Scan menu in the client document window.

From the Scanner Selection dialog select the appropriate scanner. It stays your default scanner until you select another one or remove it.

You should also set the scanner settings (see Scanner settings for more details) like paper-size, resolution, brightness, ... and IMiS client preferences (see Preferences for more details), like file format, compression, etc.
