How to get licence info

New view ACTIVATED is created for administrating IMiS licences. As you can see in the picture below groups and/or usernames can be activated. Group or user is activated if document with group or username exists. Licence is unactivated by deleting document. Code first checks if user is activated with username. If it does not find it, then it checks groups till it finds the first group where current user is member.

Number of activated IMiS licences is equal to number of activated user names in IMiS Administration database. This quantity is not the same as number of documents in Activated view when using group activation documents. That is why we developed Export licence info utility which allows administrators to export licence information to ASCII file. It does not only exports view content, but also counts users in activated groups and shows number of activated view and scan licences. Every user is counted only ones.
