General category

General category of the Preferences dialog contains some useful settings for IMiS client.

In the General options group box you can set the client to:

run automatically when Windows starts
associate the client with TIFF image files
enable the use of the ESC key to close documents
save of the client window size and position after closing documents
hide the client document window menu and us only toolbars
show document windows in taskbar
close document window when a COM object is destroyed
do not show splash screen on IMiS client startup

In the Log options group box you can specify whether or not to log code execution. You can specify level of logging from critical errors to verbose.
