Send all by E-mail

Using Send all by E-mail option on IMiS Menu, user can send all objects via E-mail with or without saving such E-mail to user's mail.box.

Lotus Notes client limitation causes grey icons in attachments when attaching multiple files in backend. It is only aesthetic issue.
