XLSX format

XLSX format section provides tuning parameters of recognized text export in XLSX (Microsoft Excel 2007) format.

Page orientation: specifies page orientation during export in XLSX format. (default: Auto)
Options:

Portrait: sets portrait orientation.
Landscape: sets landscape orientation.
Auto: the orientation is detected automatically.

Ignore text outside tables: use this option to recognize only text inside table blocks boundaries. Text outside the tables is discarded (default: Unchecked)

Convert numeric values to numbers: option specifies if numerical values in recognized text are exported to XLSX format as numbers rather than as strings (default: Checked)

Remove formatting: if this property is checked, OCR Engine removes formatting for the text exported in XLSX format (default: Unchecked)

Retain text color: specifies if original colors of text are retained during export of the recognized text to XLSX format (default: Unchecked)

Background color saving mode: specifies the mode of background color saving when exporting to XLSX format. Only table cells background color can be saved. The background color of the text outside tables is not saved regardless of the value of this option (default: Don't save)
Options:

Don't save: the background color is not saved.
Save in black and white: the background is saved in black-and-white.
Save inverted blocks only: the background color is saved only for inverted blocks.
Save in color: the background color is saved.
