Insert link from DMS

This option allows user to select document from ODMA compatible storage and link is then inserted in IMiS table.

Selected ODMA server must have appropriate storage server document in IMiS Administration database (see Setting Storage Type for more details), so that link can be created. ODMA Client dialog for selecting document appears after selecting this feature. In the picture below, Domino.Doc ODMA client is installed on machine.

Warning: Currently only images that can be opened with IMiS Client can be retrieved from ODMA server.

Administrator could prevent this operation with appropriate Restrictions settings. Restriction setting for this feature is the same as for Import files feature (see Restrictions Settings for more details). This feature does not appear under IMiS menu button, if ODMA client is not installed on machine.
