Configuring compression libraries

Compression libraries are used by IMiS/ARChive and IMiS clients to internally compress objects that they handle to save space. Compression libraries reside on server and are downloaded and installed by IMiS client on demand when its requests an object for which the compression library has not yet beed downloaded and installed.

These libraries are distributed by Imaging Systems with maintanence patches or new versions of IMiS/ARChive as they become available and if no royalties or other special expenses are needed they are provided free of charge. This view is primarily used for VIEW ONLY purposes and shoud be used as such.
