When you'll need technical support, please use IMiS Tech Support agent from IMiS Administration database since it will collect all important information about your system (see example bellow). You can also add your comments & descriptions about the problem. Sending such Email you'll be served immediatelly.

Note: You have to set ACL on IMiS Administration database at least to Editor for all users.
