Send by E-mail

Using Send by E-mail option on IMiS Menu, user can send selected object via E-mail with or without saving such E-mail to user's mail.box. Return receipt could also be set.

Second level of pop-up menu contains list of all objects in IMiS table. Selected object is retrieved from storage server and attached to temporary mail memo.

Document on the picture above is created only temporary in current database just for sending. If user selects Save to my mail, then notification document is created in users's mail box as seen in the picture below. Only the text in mail message and link to Notes document is saved in the mail box. Attachments are not saved.
