IMiS/ARC Server

IMiS/ARChive is integral part of IMiS imaging. It represents backend storage facility to which IMiS/Clients store their objects.

Its architecture is based on HSM structure which can migrate certian objects to slower, less expensive media and thus reducing TCO value of the imaging system. In this chapter we will describe the installation procedure in details.
