Request timed out error if VPN is not established

Case:
Error message "Request timed out" appears when VPN connection is not established.

Description:


If »Request timed out« error appears ...



... check your VPN connection first.

Step 1: Download application AnyConnect (Cisco Systems, Inc.) from Google Play Store.
Step 2: Open application AnyConnect. Turn on »AnyConnect VPN«.




Step 3: Enter username / password and press »Connect«.






Step 4: Open IMiS/iDMS application, enter username / password and press »Login«.
