Introducing Tabbed view navigator.

Description:

We present new type of navigator which displays navigation in tabs and enables switching between data sets with swipe gesture.
Tabs support only single level view navigator items.

This type of navigator supports customizing:
* text color,
* highlighted text color,
* icon tint,
* highlighted icon tint,
* top background color,
* bottom background color,
* background image,
* highlighted tab indicator color.
Tabs may contain only text, icons are optional.
