"Document has been modified ..." error message

A "Document has been modified after you have opened it" error occurred while the service tried to execute an action on your behalf since your document snapshot is not the most current one.
The most common reason for that situation is that someone modified the document after you have opened it on your mobile device. Continuing with action execution could lead to data overrides and consequent document conflicts.
User has to reload the document by moving one step back and then reopen the same document. Doing this will fetch fresh document data after which the user can execute the same action again if it is still available based on current document state.
