Monthly quota limit reset problem

Case: IMiS/OCR Server versions 6.6.701 and lower (X.6.XXX family) with USB iKey token protection are not resetting monthly quota limit of recognized characters.
This manifests itself as recognition error message: Operation can not be performed since the limit of processed pages per 30-day period is over.
This issue was logged as a bug and can be fixed by upgrading to a newer version or applying this patch.

Description:


1. Download the patch FRE.6.02.Patch.zip from our FTP repository. Contact us for username/password if you're under valid maintenance.

2. Read instructions in the attached readme FRE.6.02.Patch.Readme.txt

4. You can monitor monthly quota usage by sending an administration request email to the IMiS/OCR Server:

To: <your-ocr-server-address>
Subject: IMiS OCR Server Admin Request, T=LicenseInfo, O=TXT, A=Embed

Response to this email will look like this:

(Used Quota is actually Available Quota. This label will be fixed in next release)
