This release adds proxy service functionality with preemptive basic authentication option to storage configuration. Trial version is available for testing purposes at info@imis.si.

What's new:
* new: proxy service functionality implementation:
- new storage type attribute value "proxy"
- new storage tag <proxy> with required "url" attribute and optional "username", "password" and "target" attributes
* new: changed validation of audit log address attribute value
* new: ClientImpl class with getObject() and storeObject() methods
* new: ServiceImpl.getSOAPMessage() method
* new: preemptive basic authentication option for proxy service
- new optional "preemptiveauthentication" attribute for <proxy> tag
* change: allow iarc(s):// protocol prefix in storage address configuration
* change: enable passing an absolute configuration path to ConfigFilePath parameter in web.xml

Bugfixes:
* fix: IPv6 host of secondary cluster nodes enclosed with square brackets before appending port
